I woke up one morning to find Ziggy between
both our heads on the pillows between us..
This is what he likes to do! Sleep right between us, and when I
wake up to find him
like this, he is purring loudly as if to say, Look where I've
been all night!

Ziggy has been "living on his window
ledge" most of the day ever since its gotten
warmer outside and the screen is always in the window now so he
gets lots of fresh air!

Ziggy is doing good.
After his leg fell off, he was on antibiotic for 3 or 4 weeks to
be safe, but he has been off it now for a few weeks.
He goes outside, but not a lot. He still likes to go out
sometimes but is usually content to find a spot to lay down and
rest.
Doesn't often do a lot of walking around or exploring outside, so
we don't spend as much time outside as we did last summer.
That makes it easier on me, though! But I'm not sure, I wonder if
he could be "slowing down" or maybe he is just happy
enough to be inside since he seems to be doing the same, and
pretty good. He passed his 15 1/2 birthday this
month!!!

One of the bones (The larger one) that was sticking out of Ziggy's stump fell out last night! saw some drops of blood on the pillow and his stump has some dried blood on it and the bone isn't there. At first I thought it was the tinier bone but later in the day I realized it was the big bone that came out- the one I spent so much time trying to trim down a couple months ago!
